Chao Cheese Smoked Tomato Pita Wrap
A vegan wonder!
INGREDIENTS
1 Chao Cheese ball
2 slices of Smoked Tomato Field Roast
1 piece of green leaf lettuce
1/2 tomato, sliced
slices of red onion
slices of cucumber
Pita Bread
DIRECTIONS
Lightly grill pita bread using sauté pan and a little oil. Open pita bread up. In open pocket spread Chao Cheese, add Field Roast and vegetables. Voila!
Chao Cheese Hor’Dourve Platter
Delicious with some red wine
INGREDIENTS
1 Chao Cheese Ball
Crackers or 1 fresh baguette sliced into rounds
Mustard, pickles, etc
DIRECTIONS
Place Chao Cheese on attractive plate. Add crackers or bread with a dollop of mustard. Add any pickles you wish. Serve as hor’dourve with your favorite beverage.
