Inspired by the warm, rich culinary traditions of Spain and Latin America, our Chipotle Corn cutlet is both zesty and satisfying. A hand breaded cutlet of spicy grain meat, seasoned with pimenton (smoked
paprika) and chipotle peppers then dredged in a breading made from masa de maiz, breadcrumbs, fresh chunks of corn and red bell peppers.  Use as an entree centerpiece with a mole sauce, serve on a platter garnished with fresh salsa and cilantro or place on a bun with a zesty special sauce for a delicious new vegetarian burger.
